At Solari & Co. we know you have many options for online shopping and appreciate your business. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer our online shoppers a 30 day return or exchange policy on most of our products.
Online Jewelry Returns: We offer a hassle free, 30 day return or exchange privilege on all fine jewelry purchases online. We will void return if the item has been used or tampered with any way. Please inspect the piece before removing any tags and wearing the jewelry. Items must be returned with all accompanying receipts and certificates. Any pieces that are personalized or custom sized, made etc. will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange. This includes all custom made jewelry. We will not accept returns for lay-away and special order items.
Online Watch Returns: All of our watches come with a 7 day inspection period. We will only honor a refund or exchange if the watch is unworn and sent back in the exact condition with ALL paperwork if included, with the return. Watches will be subject to a 7 day inspection period to check all external and internal parts for tampering or alteration. Please only purchase watches if you intend to keep them. We are here to help you with any questions or requests prior to purchase.
In store purchases: In store purchases are EXCHANGE ONLY. We do not offer refunds for anything purchased within our store fronts. Exchange only policy for in store purchases are only for unworn, new merchandise that have not been altered or personalized in anyway.
Custom Jewelry/Personalized Items- These purchases will not be eligible for any return or exchange request. This includes all existing pieces that have been sized or modified to your liking, size etc. This includes all:

Custom sized items
Refunds are processed after inspection periods pass. Refunds are processed your original method of payment.
Note for PayPal payments: PayPal does not refund the fees associated with accepting payments to the seller. If you paid for an order using paypal, we will refund the payment you made MINUS any fees paypal charged us and only those fees. We are sorry for the inconvenience this may cause and we hope PayPal will eventually overturn this policy.
